1.負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)2-6歲幼兒課程內(nèi)容,能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行課程項(xiàng)目的具體設(shè)計(jì)工作,包括:資料素材搜集、課程大綱規(guī)劃、內(nèi)容分析、教案編寫,具備一定的英文水平.

2.開展學(xué)前教育市場(chǎng)調(diào)研,整合調(diào)研信息進(jìn)行理論實(shí)踐一體化課程的設(shè)計(jì);

3.積極跟蹤學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)與動(dòng)態(tài),搜集、閱讀、整理國(guó)際學(xué)前教育前沿研究、教學(xué)方法、案例分析等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。

2.本科或研究生以上學(xué)歷,具有有課程研發(fā)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉幼兒教育理念,了解幼兒心理和語(yǔ)言,學(xué)歷當(dāng)然是越高越好;
