-?Operational?day?to?day?interface?with?suppliers?including?troubleshooting?and?single?delivery?issues.?Create?PO,?negotiate?delivery?lead?time?and?paperwork?flow.
-?Lead?procurement?team?to?ensure?safety?&?on?time?supply?of?raw?materials?&?packaging?according?to?material?planning?and?operation?needs.
-?Supervise?whole?process?on?the?procurement?including?documentation,?disbursement?and?order?tracking.
-?Responsible?for?procurement?reports?with?full?accuracy?&?scheduled?timing
-?Responsible?for?procurement?control?of?order?level,?safety?stock?and?optimization.
-?Authorized?to?correct?wrong?operation?manner.
-?Provide?internal?support?cross-functionally?to?support?SWS?business
-?Responsible?for?NCR?process,?issuing?and?follow?with?suppliers.?Issue?Monthly?NCR?report.
-?Work?closely?with?Planning?&?IQC?for?supply?issue?solving
Qualifications:
-?Bachelor?degree,?preferred?major?in?chemistry?or?related?engineering,?or?business
-?More?than?5?years?procurement?experience,?including?3?years?manufacture?environment,?familiar?with?chemical/?petrochemical?industry?is?preferred.?
-?Experience?of?using?ERP?system?-?MM?module,?such?SAP
-?Good?communication?skills?&?team?player
-?Familiar?with?Microsoft?software,?excellent?excel?skill.
