??This?position?is?based?in?Beijing?and?the?scope?is?specific?to?Mainland?China.??Partner?with?Manager?Recruitment?to?define?and?drive?the?recruitment?strategy?for?our?generalist,?finance,?HR?programmes?and?executive?hires.??Design?and?implement?an?employer?branding?strategy.??Manage?the?execution?of?recruitment?marketing?initiatives?via?social?media?and?other?digital?channels.??Build?strong?and?effective?partnerships?with?Universities?and?drive?initiatives?and?campaigns?to?promote?our?programmes.???Support?in?running?assessment?centres?and?recruitment?activities.??Support?in?the?selection?of?and?running?the?Summer?Internship?Programme?for?mainland?students.??Support?in?managing?the?Mainland?China?component?to?the?onboarding?experience.???On?the?ground?support?to?our?Management?Trainees?based?in?Mainland?China.??Work?in?partnership?with?operating?companies?to?drive?talent?management?and?development?initiatives?to?build?our?leadership?capabilities.?
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
??A?bachelor's?degree?in?Human?Resources?or?related?field.??Mainland?Chinese?willing?to?be?based?in?Beijing.??Frequent?travel?within?Mainland?China?and?to?Hong?Kong?SAR.??Minimum?8?years?of?HR?experience,?with?exposure?to?employer?branding?and?people?development.??Strong?business?acumen,?stakeholder?management,?interpersonal?skills,?problem?solving?and?drive?for?results.??Self-motivated?and?comfortable?working?with?a?remote?team.??Excellent?command?of?spoken?and?written?Putonghua?and?English.
