明確方案的整體創(chuàng)意方向、確定創(chuàng)意及視覺表現(xiàn)手法與策略，執(zhí)行創(chuàng)意稿件的初稿至完稿的實(shí)施。

具有良好的創(chuàng)意、敏銳的觀察力及較強(qiáng)的視覺表達(dá)能力。對KV、LOGO、畫冊、海報等常規(guī)設(shè)計有獨(dú)到理念，對輸出及印刷工藝，制作工藝有一定了解。

Universdegreeorabove,professionalartcollegemajorinrelateddesignspecializedgraduation.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，專業(yè)美術(shù)院校設(shè)計及相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Minimum1yearsworkingexperienceinthefieldofadvertisingandEventCompanyasgraphicdesigner.
1年以上廣告/活動公司擔(dān)任平面設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生有相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可考慮。
MasteruserofdesignersoftwaresuchasIllustrator,Photoshopetcindesignexperiencepreferred.
能熟練運(yùn)用各類設(shè)計軟件，如Illustrator、Photoshop等經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
