?Main?Responsibilities/Activities
???This?role?represents?a?skilled?BIM?software?expert?with?solid?understanding?of?their?specific?design?discipline?-?experienced?with?creating?Intelligent?Virtual?Models.
???He/she?should?have?a?technology?appetite?to?execute?design?utilizing?Building?Information?Models
???He/she?will?be?key?figure?when?it?comes?to?connecting?building?models,?aspect?models?and?other?programs.
???Job?Purpose?is?to?design?and?test?building?models?(model?checking?and?clash?control)?and?to?generate?information?needed?for?production.
???Role?includes?anchoring?the?BIM?process.?From?within?the?team?he/she?will?coordinate?the?collaboration?between?different?parties.
???Support?the?Engineering?team?on?one?or?more?projects?using?your?expertise?in?Building?Information?Modeling.
?Profile?requirements
???In-depth?working?knowledge?of?REVIT?2019,?Navisworks?and?BIM?enabling?applications
???Prefer?with?3?years?+?of?experience?in?BIM?detailing?work?from?pre‐?construction?through?handoff?phase?of?commercial?construction.
???Professional?Degree?in?Subjects?such?as?Architecture,?Construction?or?Engineering?Services.
???Engineering?Design?Calculation?and/or?Analysis?software?depending?on?specific?discipline.
???A?sound?grasps?of?engineering?design?principles.
???Excellent?planning,?organizational?and?time?management?skills.
???Possess?excellent?verbal?and?written?communication?and?interpersonal?skills?as?well?as?the?ability?to?communicate?effectively?with?personnel?at?all?organizational?levels.
???Advanced?PC?skills,?specifically?Microsoft?Windows?Applications?(Word,?Excel,?Outlook?&?PowerPoint)
