??The?Senior?Procurement?Specialist?executes?site?specific?Purchasing?Strategy?and?mainly?focus?on?purchasing?of?chemicals,?goods?and?services?to?ensure?site?operational?needs,?taking?into?account?supply?chain?management,?price,?quality,?and?delivery?to?ensure?continuity?of?supply.?This?includes?assisting?in?improving?supplier?quality?and?resolve?operational?supply?issues.

??1.?Ensure?Raw?Material?Supply?Availability:
??o?Work?with?operations?team?on?material?purchasing?to?support?production.?Ensure?continuous?of?material?supply.
??o?Escalate?material?supply?issue?and?work?with?the?team?within?region?and?globally?on?potential?path?forward.
??o?Provide?material?management?data?for?review?and?feedback?on?potential?improvement?in?material?management?process?and?planning.
??2.?Execution?of?the?ESI?Category?Sourcing?Strategy?at?the?Site?Level:
??o?Purchase?goods,?materials,?components?or?services?in?line?with?specified?sourcing?strategy,?cost,?quality?and?deliver?targets;?assess?tenders?and?quotations?from?potential?suppliers
??o?Deliver?briefs,?updates?and?reports?as?and?when?required
??o?Provide?feedback?to?Purchasing/Sourcing?Manager?on?sourcing?strategies?and?develop?ideas?and?strategies?for?improvements?to?improve?operational?efficiency,?add?value,?aid?in?business?performance?and?work?towards?continuous?improvement.
??3.?Supply?Base?management:
??o?Proactively?scan?the?market?place?for?spend?consolidation?opportunities?and?initiate?first?level?engagement?with?potential?suppliers
??o?Drive?and?proactively?maintain?strategic?partnership?development?with?new?and?existing?critical?suppliers
??o?Identify,?evaluate?and?implement?opportunities?which?optimize?costs?at?the?site?level,?and?drive?projects?in?coordination?with?supervisor?and?sourcing?managers.
??o?Lead?negotiations?for?contracts,?improved?prices?and?terms?of?business?with?suppliers
??4.?Other?functions:
??o?Interface?with?Site?Operations,?Quality,?R&D?and?sourcing?etc.
??o?Ensure?compliance?to?copmany?quidelines,?purchasing?policies,?and?Quality?and?EHS?procedures
??o?Support?and?participate?in?supplier?audits?to?ensure?compliance?and?minimize?business?risk,?including?supplier?financial?risk?assessment?and?supplier?business?continuity?plan.

??Job?Requirements:
??Bachelor?degree?in?Supply?Chain,?Finance,?or?related?fields.
??Possess?strong?procurement?experience?of?3+?years,?focus?on?purchasing?of?chemicals.
??Excellent?communication?skills,?written?and?verbal,?as?well?as?demonstrated?strong?interpersonal?skills?to?communicate?with?all?levels.
??Negotiation?skills?and?experience?in?establishing?and?maintaining?influential?relationships?with?suppliers.
??Positive?attitude,?self-starter?and?proven?ability?to?work?effectively?across?all?functions.
??Good?Microsoft?Excel,?PowerPoint?and?Word?skills.?Experience?with?SAP?and/or?JDE?a?plus.
??Ability?in?speaking,reading?and?writing?English.CET-4?certificate?is?preferred.
