崗位職責Duties:：
1、5-12歲學生英語課程?（有青少兒英語教學經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮）；

2、做好帶班的班級管理及教務管理工作；
Responsible?for?in-class?management?and?educational??administration.
3、課堂需有條理，由淺入深，語音清晰，給予學生表達的機會；
Classroom?needs?to?be?organized?orderly,?from?easy?to??difficult,?clear?pronunciation,?and?providing?opportunities?for?students?to??express?themselves.
4、對于英語教學有自己的想法，能接受先進的教育理念與方法；
Have?personal?concepts?for?English?teaching,?ready?to??accept?advanced?educational?concepts?and?methods;
5、對待家長與孩子須有責任感；
To?treat?parents?and?children?with?a?sense?of??responsibility;
6、積極參與學校和部門組織的各種培訓、教研、講座和會議等活動；
To?actively?participate?in?various?training,?teaching??research,?lectures?and?conferences?and?other?activities?organized?by?schools??and?departments.
7、完成教學部門安排的其他任務；
To?complete?other?tasks?arranged?by?the?teaching??department;
8、有公開課、招生課經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先；
Experience?with?demo?class?and?enrolment?class?is??preferred;
任職資格Qualifications：?
1.本科或以上學歷，英語或英語教育專業(yè)（師范類英語專業(yè)優(yōu)先），英語專業(yè)六級，讀寫說流利，特別要求語音過關，語音不好者勿投；

2.1-3年以上英語教學經(jīng)驗；有同行業(yè)英語培訓中心工作者優(yōu)先；?

3.?精通英語教學方法，擅用肢體語言，授課生動活潑，熱愛教育事業(yè)，愿意長期致力于教育工作；?
Proficient?in?English?teaching?methods,?using?body??language,?teaching?lively,?loving?education,?and?willing?to?work?hard?for?a??long?time.
4.有較強的業(yè)務水平、組織教學能力和良好的應變能力；
Strong?business?level?and?teaching?ability?as?well?as??good?adaptability.
5.語言表達能力強，聲音甜美、個性開朗，善于與孩子及家長溝通、交流；?
