2、Screen?all?the?documents?received?from??customer?and?follow?up?accordingly

3、Input?shipment?data?in?system,?track?and??update?shipment?status?in?system,?keep?customer?updated?with?accurate?and??timely?information,?without?reminder

4、Documentation?preparation?and?maintenance

5、Maintain?good?relationship?with?customers,??assist?to?tailor?made?SOP?for?individual?account
????
6、Assist?to?prepare?analysis?report
????
7、?Other??tasks?assigned?by?supervisor?or?manager
The??Qualification:
????
1、Bachelor?degree?or?above.?Major?in??International?Trade?or?Logistics?Management?is?preferred.?
????
2、Good?English?skills,?familiar?with?business??letter?writing,?be?able?to?communicate?with?oversea?colleagues?and?clients??independently
????
3、?Good?computer?skills?(Word,?Excel,?Power-point,?Power?BI,?etc.)?
????
4、Good?communication?and?emergency?response??ability,?good?customer?service?mind,?team?player
????
5、Ability?to?work?well?under?pressure;?have??sense?of?responsibility?and?strong?strain?ability

6、Relevant?working?experience?is?preferred
