Qualifications:

2.??????With?knowledge?of?Chinese?Economic?contract?law?and?regulations?is?preferred,?or?be?able?to?identify?the?potential?legal?risks?on?the?terms?of?contract?with?suppliers,?and?capable?of?negotiating?with?supplier?to?make?sure?company’s?risk?under?controllable.

工作內(nèi)容：

1.??????生產(chǎn)直接物料：
??
a)??????針對不同材料的特性，交貨提前期，起訂量要求，及供應(yīng)商供應(yīng)穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，歷史用量等，綜合考慮設(shè)置合理安全庫存，根據(jù)條件變化適合更行ERP系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)，并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)量的采購需求下達(dá)采購訂單，及執(zhí)行訂單交期跟催，確保所采購的物料適時，適量，準(zhǔn)確地到達(dá)工廠，確保生產(chǎn)所需物料穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)，并靈活應(yīng)對應(yīng)需求變化而產(chǎn)生的緊急采購。

2.??????非生產(chǎn)性間接物料：
??
a)??????設(shè)備，模具合同的制作，合同條款的擬定及判斷，確保因合同條款風(fēng)險給公司帶來的風(fēng)險最小化，公司利用***化。
??
b)??????生產(chǎn)設(shè)備/模具用備品，配件，質(zhì)量用檢具，根據(jù)使用部門要求，尋找合適的供應(yīng)源，在確保貨源品質(zhì)條件下，采購成本最優(yōu)化。
??
3.??????協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理，參與新品供應(yīng)源開發(fā)，及材料本地化工作。
??
4.??????配合公司各種體系審核要求（ISO9001，OHSAS18001，SA8000，CCC），聯(lián)系相關(guān)方獲取相關(guān)采購文件，整理并及時自查文件的時效性，保持文件正確有效，符號體系認(rèn)證要求。
??
5.??????跟供應(yīng)商妥善溝通解決質(zhì)量問題，及跟財務(wù)部門確認(rèn)解決有質(zhì)量問題引起的付款問題
??
6.??????其他有上司交辦的事物。

??
資質(zhì)要求：
??
1)?二年以上制造工廠采購助理工作經(jīng)驗，有機電類產(chǎn)品采購工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先但非必要條件，須懂物料需求計劃。
??
2)??????懂中國經(jīng)濟合同法律法規(guī)者優(yōu)先考慮，或者有能力識別與供應(yīng)商所簽合同或協(xié)議中的潛在法律風(fēng)險，及能夠跟供應(yīng)商應(yīng)合同中存在的法律風(fēng)險跟供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行談判從而能使合同風(fēng)險控制在可控制范圍內(nèi)。

3)??????具材料成本分析及議價能力是必要的，將優(yōu)先考慮錄用

4)??????英語能力良好，至少讀寫能力優(yōu)秀

5)??????熟練使用電腦軟件，如Excel,?Word,?Microsoft?Outlook?等，會使用Excel?公式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析者更佳
