Be?responsible?for?the?job?of?new?project?management,?be?insure?to?meet?with?customer?quality?and?time?target?requirement,?control?of?the?product?cost??and?tracking?the??new?product?schedule?,communication?with?the?related?department??to?insure?the?product?quality?and?delivery?time;?Be?responsible?for?the?document?management?according?to?TS16949?requirement.?As?the?key?person?of?NPI?team?to?be?responsible?for?the?new?product?transfer?to?mass?production,?tightly?cooperation?with?product?engineer?team?and?to?reduce?the?product?cost?and?solve?quality?issues.
主要工作職責(zé)：??負責(zé)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入中管理工作，保證滿足客戶的質(zhì)量和時間要求，同時對產(chǎn)品成本控制方面加以控制，對新產(chǎn)品的時間進度進行跟蹤，并與各相關(guān)職能部門溝通保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和時間;?負責(zé)產(chǎn)品的文件管理工件，并按TS16949的要求做好記錄和管理．將作為新品量產(chǎn)和NPI遞送的關(guān)鍵人員及工作者進行工作。與產(chǎn)品工程師團隊緊密合作及進行量產(chǎn)，與團隊共同負責(zé)降低成本及改善質(zhì)量問題。

??負責(zé)主持和管理新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入中可行性分析會;
??To?responsible?for?APQP?submission?management;
??確保新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入符合APQP的要求；
??Coordinate?all?the?issues?in?NPI?running?process?,?make?decisions?and?supply?feedback?to?Sale?department
