崗位職責(zé)
1、專業(yè)人員職位,在上級的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督下定期完成量化的工作要求,并能獨立處理和解決所負(fù)責(zé)的任務(wù);
2、了解掌握各部門的用人需求;
3、實施招聘工作,發(fā)布招聘廣告、進行簡歷篩選、評估候選人并提供初步面試報告;
4、管理、開發(fā)招聘渠道;
5、維護人才儲備庫。
任職資格
1、人力資源或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷;
2、一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、有人力資源招聘的實務(wù)操作經(jīng)驗,熟悉國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī);
4、性格溫和、有耐心、積極主動,為人正直,忠誠守信,工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),具有很好的語言文字表達能力;
5、熟練使用辦公軟件。
6、英語六級或英語熟練者優(yōu)先

Qualifications
1.?College?degree?or?above?in?human?resources?or?related?majors;
2.?More?than?one?year?related?working?experience;
3.?Practical?experience?in?human?resources?recruitment?and?familiarity?with?relevant?laws?and?regulations?of?the?state;
4.?Gentle?personality,?patience,?initiative,?integrity,?loyalty?and?trustworthiness,?rigorous?work,?with?good?language?expression?ability;
5.?Proficiency?in?office?software.
6.?CET-6?or?English?proficiency?is?preferred
