職位描述：

1.負(fù)責(zé)各種產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)文檔，為用戶快速上手使用產(chǎn)品提供完整的支撐；
2.參與制定與改進(jìn)文檔體系，包括流程、規(guī)范、工具、提升計劃等，并能將其有效落地；
3.緊密聯(lián)系產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的實際情況，保持文檔內(nèi)容與產(chǎn)品的一致性與準(zhǔn)確性；
4.整合、分析各個渠道的用戶反饋，制定內(nèi)容改進(jìn)建議，負(fù)責(zé)用戶體驗持續(xù)改進(jìn)計劃；
5.負(fù)責(zé)宣導(dǎo)文檔質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對產(chǎn)品團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行文檔寫作指導(dǎo)，提高技術(shù)團(tuán)隊整體寫作能力。

崗位要求：
Position?Requirements
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，英語水平佳，英語專業(yè)或有海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
2.具備工程學(xué)背景（包括但不限于電子、信息等）或有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3.工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，注重團(tuán)隊合作，有良好的客戶服務(wù)觀念；
4.具備優(yōu)秀的語言理解能力、文檔寫作能力以及表達(dá)溝通能力；
5.有快速學(xué)習(xí)能力，能盡快學(xué)習(xí)掌握各種產(chǎn)品。
