Deal?with?technical?enquires?regarding?mechanical?(gearbox,?mechanisms,?etc.),?Electrical?(boards,?sensors,?motors,?etc.)?and?functional?specifications?(parameter?set-up/firmware)?for?the?purpose?to?provide?product?specifications,?installation?support,?maintenance?support?and?problem?solving?related?to?technical?matters.?
Responsibilities?Include:
Provide?technical?support?and?customization?service?regarding?the?technical?and?economic?solution.
Service?customers?on?site?on?technical?and?practical?matters.
Prepare?quotation?on?technical?parts,?support?to?define?the?product?offers.
Manage?projects,?follow?up?open?projects,?keep?project?list?properly.
Follow?enquires?and?planning?related?to?installations,?as?well?as?enquiries/problem?solving?Log?for?traceability,?historical?data-base?and?growing?internal?know-how/training?NCN?data?Log.
Give?approvals?for?final?installation.
Follow?after?sales?issues?including?notification?of?sales?enquires,?proper?handling?of?spare?parts?requests?and?warranty?issues?from?technical?point?of?view,?root?cause?analysis,?NCN?management.
Prepare?the?technical?documentation?of?products?for?China?Market.
Training?documentation?and?trainings?held?on?site?or?in?offices?to?Distributors?and?Customers?when?requested.
Interface?with?the?overseas?Technical?Support?on?Entrance?Control?of?Gunnebo?to?establish?an?effective?and?efficient?cooperation?in?the?case?of?problem?solving?activities.
Prepare?and?update?according?to?defined?group?policy,?the?product?documentation?necessary?to?support?Marketing,?including?O&M?Manuals,?PDSs?and?blank?Price?Lists?layouts?for?the?Chinese?market.
Analyze?products?technology?of?competitors.
Improve?or?develop?products?according?to?project?requirement.
Position?Requirements:
Bachelor’s?or?advanced?degree?in?Electrical,?Electric?Engineering?or?Automation.?
Knowledge?of?the?analog?and?digital?circuit;?familiar?with?electric?motor?and?driving.
Deep?understanding?and?solving?of?practical?technical?issues?related?to?mechanics,?Electrical?and?software/parameter?settings.
Fluent?in?English?communication?skills.
Good?knowledge?in?the?use?of?MS?software?including?Outlook,?Excel,?Word,?Protel.
Self-motivated?individual,?be?able?to?organize?daily?activities?by?himself?and?manage?stress?and?workload?efficiency?without?direct?supervision.
