??????????主要職責(zé)???Core?Job?Responsibilities?
-??????????復(fù)核生產(chǎn)批記錄。追溯,分析批記錄數(shù)據(jù),及時(shí)和相關(guān)部門溝通改進(jìn),提高批記錄一次正確率???Review?production?batch?record.?Track?and?analysis?batch?record?data,???communicate?with?related?function?in?time?to?continuous?improve?batch?right???first?time.???
-??????????原料/包材/成品放行,在MITS中處理復(fù)核物料的質(zhì)量狀態(tài)變更???Raw?material?/package???material?/?finished?product?release?conduct?and?check?material?quality?status???change?in?MITS.???
-??????????按照工廠內(nèi)外部變化,識(shí)別更新維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系相應(yīng)文件???According?to?internal???and?external?change,?identify,?update?and?maintain?quality?system?related???documents.???
-??????????通過(guò)參與主導(dǎo)GMP改善項(xiàng)目,內(nèi)審管理等,持續(xù)推動(dòng)工廠質(zhì)量與食品安全體系發(fā)展???Lead?GMP?Kaizen???program,?internal?audit?management,?continuous?drive?site?quality?and?food???safety?development.???

最低學(xué)歷要求Minimum?Education?
-??????????食品科學(xué),食品技術(shù),乳制品科學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè),本科以上學(xué)歷,三年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)???College?and?above?degree?in?food?science,?food?technology,?dairy???science?or?related?major,???6?years?above?related?working?experience.????????

-??????????要求在食品/藥品生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域具備良好的GMP的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)???Good?practical?knowledge?of?GMP?in?food/pharmaceutical?manufacturing???industry.???
-??????????熟悉HACCP和ISO22000,9001質(zhì)量體系知識(shí)???Familiar???about?HACCP,?ISO22000,?9001?quality?system?knowledge.???
-??????????熟悉嬰幼兒配方乳粉產(chǎn)品涉及的質(zhì)量法規(guī)???Familiar???with?infant?formula?dairy?product?related?regulation.??
-??????????理解食品相關(guān)生產(chǎn)工藝流程,具有質(zhì)量審核管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。???Understand?food?related?manufacturing?process,?experience?of?quality???audit?management.???
