產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)狀況跟進(jìn)，協(xié)助運(yùn)營(yíng)部處理客戶投訴并提供解決措施；
制定各種與品質(zhì)相關(guān)的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與文件，指導(dǎo)外協(xié)廠的品質(zhì)改善，分析與改良不良材料；
組織對(duì)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)評(píng)審，評(píng)詁產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與工程規(guī)格，檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶要求的符合性；
協(xié)助采購(gòu)對(duì)供應(yīng)商做出品質(zhì)要求及技術(shù)指導(dǎo)；
編制新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃，實(shí)施產(chǎn)品可靠性驗(yàn)證工作并形成驗(yàn)證報(bào)告；
完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的其他工作任務(wù)。
