任職者應(yīng)管理相關(guān)倉(cāng)庫(kù)的庫(kù)存，執(zhí)行FIFO原則以及維持安全庫(kù)存，確保在庫(kù)產(chǎn)品符合保質(zhì)期要求。任職者應(yīng)與工廠生產(chǎn)等部門保持良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，合理安排卡車及集裝箱的發(fā)運(yùn)時(shí)間。對(duì)司機(jī)進(jìn)行有效的業(yè)務(wù)和安全管理。

根據(jù)銷售預(yù)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和工廠至各外庫(kù)運(yùn)輸時(shí)間綜合考慮外庫(kù)的安全庫(kù)存數(shù)量，確保外庫(kù)庫(kù)存滿足安全庫(kù)存的要求。
Manage?the?Stock?Files?and?arrange?warehouse?replenishments.
管理工廠及外庫(kù)庫(kù)存文件并及時(shí)安排外庫(kù)補(bǔ)貨。
Manage?the?interface?with?plant?dispatch?team?and?issue?the?daily,?weekly?and?monthly?dispatch?plan.?
及時(shí)與工廠生產(chǎn)發(fā)貨人員溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，制定每天，每周以及月度發(fā)貨計(jì)劃。
Arrange?the?time?slot?for?container?and?truck?loading?in?TEDA?plant.
合理安排集裝箱裝箱和卡車裝車的時(shí)間。
Prepare?all?details?of?loading/delivery?documents?for?every?order?to?the?loading?team?(or?haulier)?and?rented?warehouse,?follow?up?on?route?orders.?
準(zhǔn)備每個(gè)訂單的裝貨單和發(fā)貨單等文件，并及時(shí)提供給工廠生產(chǎn)發(fā)貨人員，車隊(duì)以及倉(cāng)庫(kù)等。
Permanently?liaise?with?warehouses?and?hauliers?to?ensure?the?smooth?dispatch?and?delivery?of?orders.?
與運(yùn)輸商及倉(cāng)庫(kù)隨時(shí)保持聯(lián)系，確保每個(gè)訂單的及時(shí)發(fā)運(yùn)及跟蹤。

Bachelor?degree?in?supply?chain,?logistics?or?related?field?is?required.
供應(yīng)鏈，物流或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
Minimum?of?3?years?work?experience?in?similar?position.
至少3年同崗位或類似崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Numeric?and?meticulous?with?sound?accuracy?on?figures,?good?skills?in?using?Excel?and?especially?good?at?Excel?formula?calculation?and?PivotTable.
良好的數(shù)字運(yùn)算能力，熟練使用Excel，擅長(zhǎng)Excel公式計(jì)算和數(shù)據(jù)透視表。
