客服服務(wù)以及訂單管理?Customer?Service?and?Order?management??

審核客戶訂單，輸入ERP系統(tǒng)?/?在系統(tǒng)上跟蹤訂單，和客戶確認交期?/?貨到以后在系統(tǒng)上做發(fā)貨，和倉庫溝通客戶的發(fā)貨要求?/?每月和客戶對賬?/?協(xié)助銷售催款?/?制作銷售合同?/?協(xié)助銷售處理客戶投訴?/?幫助處理潛在客戶的詢價，查庫存等

Check?orders，place?them?in?ERP?system?/?Follow?up?orders,?confirm?the?delivery?time?with?customers?/?Make?shipment?in?the?system,?communicate?with?warehouse?about?delivery?requirements?/?Check?accounts?with?customers?monthly?/?Assist?sales?to?get?AR?back?/?Make?sales?contracts?/Assist?sales?to?handle?customer?complains?/?Help?to?handle?potential?enquiry,?check?stock,?etc…

任職資格和技能?Qualifications?and?Skills?:

-?大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷?
??
-?1-3年工作經(jīng)驗（優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也可）?
??
-?會運用基本的辦公軟件，如Excel，Word,?PowerPoint,?Outlook,?等?
??
-?英語四級及以上，具有基本的英語書寫及口語能力
??
-?具有較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和解決問題的能力
??
-?有組織性和計劃性

College?or?above
??
Just?graduated?or?1?to?3?years?related?working?experience?is?required
??
Knows?how?to?use?MS?Office?(Word,?Excel,?PowerPoint,?Outlook)

CET4?or?above,?has?basic?written?and?oral?ability?with?foreigners
