主要職責(zé)
1、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量計劃：控制計劃、在線質(zhì)量指導(dǎo)和結(jié)果監(jiān)控、抽樣測試計劃和執(zhí)行
2、參與質(zhì)量圈2級（IPU），提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量，降低客戶投訴PPM
3、支持內(nèi)外部產(chǎn)品/過程審核
4、支持內(nèi)部所需的PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA等文件。
5、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量偏差的判斷與管理
6、產(chǎn)品可接受標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的定義
7、客戶報告的編寫和客戶問題的現(xiàn)場支持
8、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量驗證：新工藝、新設(shè)備、新材料、新供應(yīng)商等***批/小批量生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。
9、支持質(zhì)量改進項目
任職要求
1.機械或相關(guān)工程學(xué)士學(xué)位。
2.5年以上機械產(chǎn)品/過程質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗，熟悉TS16949質(zhì)量體系優(yōu)先。
3.有PFMEA、MSA、控制計劃、SPC經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。有APQP、PPAP、6西格瑪和MIITAB知識和實踐經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
4.良好的溝通技巧，較強的團隊合作能力
5.良好的英語讀寫能力，口語能力佳者優(yōu)先
6.良好的自我學(xué)習(xí)和分享能力
