Scope:?To?provide?sales?support?to?China?sales?team?in?terms?of?price,?delivery,?AR?collection?and?customer?complaints.
Job?Responsibilities:
1.????Assist?the?Sales?Department?in?all?daily?sales,?including?but?not?limited?to?sales?quotations,?contracts?to?customer,?order?following-up,?delivery?arrangement?etc.
2.????Order?processing--to?ensure?the?accuracy?of?the?order?input?and?monitor?order?status?to?ensure?customer?request?met.
3.????Communicate?and?cooperate?with?external?customer?as?well?as?internal?departments,?factories,?brother?companies
4.????Handle?customer?complaints?according?to?company?procedures.
5.????Forwards?samples?by?entering?request,?arranging?shipment?and?update?the?records?correctly?and?timely.
6.????Assist?sales?team?to?collect?AR.
7.????Provide?sales?data?analysis?to?sales?team.
8.????Accomplishes?department?and?organization?mission?by?completing?related?results?as?needed.
Skills?and?Qualifications:
1.????College?with?diploma?is?a?minimum?request?for?education,?major?in?business?administration?or?English.
2.????Good?English,?writing?&?reading?is?a?must,?fluent?oral?will?be?an?advantage.
3.????Basic?finance?knowledge.
4.????With?over?1-2?years?working?experience?in?sales?admin?related?position?in?multinational?companies,?Trading?experience?is?plus.
5.????Good?knowledge?of?ERP?and?have?excellent?Microsoft?Office?Skills.
6.????Business?Writing?Skills?and?quickly?Database?Entry?Skills.
7.????Be?able?to?work?under?high?pressure?either?from?external?or?internal.
8.????High?personal?skills?–?Customer?focus,?detail-oriented,?self-development,?team?work,?hardworking,?good?coordination?skills,?professionalism,?response?quickly.

工作職責:
1.協(xié)助銷售部進行日常銷售,包括但不限于銷售報價、客戶合同、訂單跟進、交貨安排等;
2.訂單處理--確保訂單輸入的準確性,監(jiān)控訂單狀態(tài),確保滿足客戶要求;
3.與外部客戶以及內部部門、工廠、兄弟公司進行溝通與合作;
4.按照公司程序處理客戶投訴;
5.寄送樣品--輸入請求、安排裝運和正確及時更新記錄;
6.協(xié)助銷售團隊完成應收賬款;
7.向銷售團隊提供銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析;
8.根據(jù)要求完成部門和公司的目標。
技能及資格要求:
1.?大專以上學歷,主修商務或英語;?
2.?良好的英語、書寫和閱讀能力,口語流利者優(yōu)先;?
3.?基礎的財務知識;
4.?具有1-2年以上跨國公司銷售助理相關工作經驗,有貿易經驗者優(yōu)先;
5.?熟悉ERP,具有優(yōu)秀的微軟辦公技能;
6.?商務寫作技能和快速數(shù)據(jù)庫錄入技能;
7.?能夠在外部或內部高壓下工作;
8.?高度的個人技能-以客戶為中心,注重細節(jié),自我發(fā)展,團隊合作,勤奮,良好的協(xié)調能力,專業(yè)性,快速反應。
