工作地點:上海(漕河涇開發(fā)區(qū)漢橋文化科技園)
工作內(nèi)容:
1、處理日常辦公行政管理工作,樣機管理,考勤,物資采購,費用報銷等。
2、運用CRM管理系統(tǒng)處理銷售環(huán)節(jié)中報價、合同、訂貨、發(fā)貨、開票、回款等日常銷售助理工作
3、協(xié)助總部財務經(jīng)理處理報稅,開票,付匯,對賬等基礎財務工作
任職要求:
1、全日制本科及以上學歷,財會類、管理類相關專業(yè)
2、有會計資格證或有相關財會工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮
3、英語過國家四六級優(yōu)先?,口語或者筆譯流利優(yōu)先
4、以客戶為中心,注重細節(jié),自我發(fā)展,團隊合作,勤奮,良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力,專業(yè)性,快速反應。
Job?Responsibilities:
1.??Handling?daily?office?administration,?including?demo?units??management?,????????attendance,?material?procurement,?expense?reimbursement,?etc.
2.?Use?the?CRM?management?system?to?handle?daily?sales?assistant?work?such?as?quotation,?contract,?order,?delivery,?involve?and?payment?in?the?sales?process.
3.?Assist?the?financial?manager?ofthe?headquarters?to?handle?basic?financial?work?such?as?tax?,?billing,?payment,?reconciliation,?etc.
Skills?and?Qualifications:
1.????bachelor?degree?is?a?minimum?request?for?education,?major?in?business?administration?or?finance???.
2.????Good?English,?writing?&?reading?is?a?must,?fluent?oral?will?be?an?advantage.
3.????Basic?finance?knowledge.
4.????With?over?3-5?years?working?experience?in?sales?admin?related?position?in?multinational?companies,?Trading?experience?is?plus.
5.????Good?knowledge?of?CRM?and?have?excellent?Microsoft?Office?Skills.
6.????Business?Writing?Skills?and?quickly?Database?Entry?Skills.
7.????Be?able?to?work?under?high?pressure?either?from?external?or?internal.
