工作職責(zé)
1)?制定和完善標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，確保各崗位的作業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按此執(zhí)行；
2)?確保收發(fā)料及包裝工作準(zhǔn)確及時(shí)；
3)?各項(xiàng)目包裝方案制定和實(shí)施；
4)?負(fù)責(zé)邊角料數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)、裝車信息記錄和匯報(bào)；
5)?負(fù)責(zé)盤點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)完成；
6)?監(jiān)督倉庫各崗位日常相關(guān)報(bào)表準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)完成；
7)?負(fù)責(zé)制定新人培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、實(shí)施并反饋給經(jīng)理；
8)?按要求執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)每周考核和人員獎(jiǎng)懲處理；
9)?合理分配人員和請(qǐng)假加班管理；
10)?提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)5S管理，培養(yǎng)員工5S意識(shí)；
11)?完成物流經(jīng)理交待的其他工作。
任職資格
1)?中專及以上；
2)?具備倉庫管理知識(shí)，有較強(qiáng)倉庫管理意識(shí)和能力、和解決問題的能力；
3)?團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)強(qiáng)，做事細(xì)致耐心；
4)?基本的英語能力，基本的Excel、word操作；
5)?三年及以上倉庫管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)過10人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)者更佳。

Responsibilities
1.?To?establish?and?perfect?the?standard?working?instruction,?to?ensure?the?operation?standard?according?to?the?execution?of?each?position;
2.?Supervise?materials?and?packing?work?accurately?and?timely;
3.?Each?project?packing?plan?formulation?and?implementation;
4.?Be?responsible?for?leather?scrap?data?maintenance,?loading?information?record?and?report;
5.?Be?responsible?for?the?inventory?data?are?accurate?and?timely?completed;
6.?Supervise?warehouse?reports?accurately?and?timely;
7.?Be?responsible?for?the?new?worker?training?plan,?implementation?and?feedback?to?the?manager;
8.?Perform?on-site?weekly?inspection?and?personnel?rewards?and?punishment?according?to?the?requirements;
9.?Reasonable?allocate?personnel?and?leave/overtime?management;
10.?Improve?the?5S?management,?train?personnel?5S?consciousness;
11.?Carry?out?other?tasks?by?logistics?manager.
Qualification
1.?Above?secondary?school?degree;
2.?Strong?warehouse?management?sense?and?ability,?and?problem?solving?skills;
3.?A?strong?sense?of?team,?meticulous?and?patience;
4.?Basic?English?ability,?proficient?in?Excel,?word;
5.?3?years?or?above?warehouse?management?experience,?with?experience?of?leading?10?people?above?is?preferred.
