崗位職責(zé)
Responsibilities
1、用德語與客戶進(jìn)行郵件溝通;
2、處理客戶的具體要求及投訴;
3、回答特定產(chǎn)品的客戶要求。
1、Customer?service?via?phone,?e-mail?and?chat?in?german?language?;
2、Handling?specific?customer?requests?&?complaints?;
3、Answering?product-specific?customer?enquires。
任職要求
Qualifications
1、德語專業(yè)畢業(yè),有海外留學(xué)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳;
2、精通德語讀寫,尤其是寫作;
3、了解我們的產(chǎn)品同時(shí)對電子商務(wù)行業(yè)感興趣;
4、熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件;
5、具有一定的客戶支持及客戶咨詢方面工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
6、具有優(yōu)秀的客戶服務(wù)溝通技巧及書寫能力。
1、University?degree?with?a?major?in?german?language,overseas?experience?preferred
2、Excellent?knowledge?of?the?german?language?in?both?spoken?and?written,?especially?good?at?wiriting
3、Internet?affinity?as?well?as?an?interest?in?our?product?range?and?in?new?developments?in?the?area?of?e-commerce
4、Competent?in?working?with?all?common?office-programs
5、Experienced?in?customer?support?and?customer?advisory?service
6、Excellent?customer?service?oriented?communication?skills,?as?well?as?style?of?writing
