Main?Responsibilities:
-?Order?processing?from?the?point?of?order?taking?to?goods?delivery,?process?sales?orders,?enter?data?relating?to?customers?and?sales,?maintain?customer?database?in?company?system,?including?issue?invoice?to?customer?and?follow-up?payment?
-?Customer?complaint?handling,?coordinate?with?relevant?department?to?investigate?and?settle?the?complaint,?and?ensure?response?to?customer?on?a?timely?manner?
-?Create/update?customer?master?profile
-?Answer?customer?enquiry?
-?Continuously?improve?customer?service?level?in?responsible?section?of?duty
-?Generate?purchase?orders?to?affiliated?production?centers?out?of?sales?orders?with?customers?and?follow?up?the?development?of?execution?of?purchase?orders
-?Overlook?the?whole?logistic?operation?starting?from?the?point?of?affiliated?production?centers?to?the?shipment?to?customers

崗位職責(zé):
1、協(xié)助整理***及前期報(bào)價(jià);
2、協(xié)助確認(rèn)銷售訂單成功,制作銷售合同等;
3、負(fù)責(zé)對外聯(lián)絡(luò)溝通的傳真、打印以及接收文件;
4、相關(guān)的協(xié)議、合同等文件資料的管理、歸類、整理、建檔和保管;
5、完成內(nèi)部管理相關(guān)流程工作。
任職資格:
1、測控儀器、自動(dòng)化、過程裝備與控制、電子工程、機(jī)械類、化工等相關(guān)工科專業(yè)全日制本科優(yōu)先,英語CET4,計(jì)算機(jī)運(yùn)用熟練,形象氣質(zhì)佳;
2、口齒清晰,普通話流利,語音富有感染力;
3、具備獨(dú)立處理復(fù)雜問題和危急事件的能力;
4、良好的語言表達(dá)及較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,工作認(rèn)真細(xì)致,積極進(jìn)取,善于學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)新。
5、具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和優(yōu)秀的溝通能力;
6、機(jī)敏靈活,性格堅(jiān)韌,思維敏捷,具備良好的應(yīng)變能力和承壓能力;
7、有強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心、責(zé)任心和積極的工作態(tài)度。
