Assist?superior?to?implement?the?maintenance?work?of?mechanical?equipment
協(xié)助上級進行全廠機械設備的檢修與維護工作
Assist?mechanical?supervisor?to?develop?the?preventive?maintenance?plan?and?supervise?the?implementation?for?mechanical?equipment
協(xié)助機械主管建立機械設備預防性維修計劃并監(jiān)督實施
Response?and?handle?the?urgent?failure
工廠機械設備突發(fā)故障的緊急響應及處理；
Root?cause?analysis?for?equipment?failure?and?optimize?the?related?SOP?and?equipment?to?prevent?the?similar?failure
分析故障根本原因并預防再次發(fā)生，改善相關SOP和設施；
Develop?the?maintenance/project?construction?plan?and?supervise?the?safety?&?quality?performance
編制維修/項目施工方案，對維修/項目安全、質量進行監(jiān)督；
Develop?and?improve?the?mechanical?equipment?management?files,?revise?them?if?necessary
建立、健全機械設備管理檔案，并適時修改維護負責管理檔案資料和技術資料；
Manage?the?contractors?and?spare?part
管理承包商和備件等維修資源；
Develop?training?materials?and?conduct?training?to?maintenance?technicians?and?operator
編制培訓課件，對維修技術員及操作工進行相關培訓；
Assistance?on?ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001?and?AIMS
協(xié)助完成ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001及AIMS體系相關工作
Other?maintenance?work
負責其他維修相關事宜。

Requirements招聘要求：
??
Must?have?college?or?above?background?in?mechanical,?mechanical?&electrical,?Mechanical?Engineering?or?equivalen
?必須機械、機電、機械工程等大專及以上學歷
Must?have?at?least?two?years?mechanical?maintenance?experience?in?chemical?plants,?prefer?to?have?batch?equipment?maintenance?experience?or?foreign?chemical?plants?experience?
必須有兩年以上化工廠機械維修工作經(jīng)驗，最好有批次工藝設備維修經(jīng)驗和外資化工廠工作經(jīng)驗
Must?be?familiar?with?rotating?equipment,?strong?knowledge?on?the?key?points?of?rotating?equipment?(lubrication,?vibration?monitoring?and?mechanical?seals)?and?pipeline?&valves
必須熟悉動設備工作原理，了解動設備主要關注點（潤滑、振動監(jiān)測、機械密封等），對管道、閥門等有一定了解
Must?have?teamwork?spirit?
必須有團隊協(xié)作精神
Good?command?to?read?and?write?in?English,?prefer?to?be?able?to?communicate?in?English
必須能用英文進行讀寫相關工作文件，最好能用英文溝通
Be?familiar?with?MS?office,?prefer?to?be?able?to?use?AutoCAD??
熟悉MS?OFFICE，最好會使用AutoCAD
Basic?knowledge?on?mechanical?industrial?codes?and?standard
