崗位職責Job?responsibilities：
1.?負責工廠設(shè)備及設(shè)施的故障處理,維護保養(yǎng)；

2.?負責工廠設(shè)備及設(shè)施的安裝及調(diào)試；
Responsible?for?installation?and?commissioning?of?equipment?and?facilities;
3.?設(shè)備故障統(tǒng)計和分析，尋找根本原因并制定相應(yīng)的對策；
Statistics?and?analysis?of?equipment?failure,?and?find?out?the?root?causes?and?formulate?corresponding?countermeasures;?
4.?制定并執(zhí)行設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護計劃及日常維護計劃；
Formulate?and?execute?preventive?maintenance?plan?and?routine?maintenance?plan?equipment;
5.?負責對部門員工的培訓(xùn)工作；
Responsible?for?the?training?of?department?staff;
6.?協(xié)助備件管理，制圖,?提交備件需求?；
Assist?spare?parts?management,?drawing?and?submitting?spare?parts?requirements;
7.?負責部門5S及安全管理；
Responsible?for?5S?of?departments?and?security?management;
8.?制定公司質(zhì)量及環(huán)境要求的部門體系文件；
Formulate?documents?of?departmental?system?in?accordance?with?the?company’s?quality?and?environmental?requirements;?
9.?公司及部門安排的其他工作；
Other?work?arranged?by?company?and?departments.

任職要求Requirements:
1.機械或機電一體化專業(yè)，統(tǒng)招大學專科及以上學歷畢業(yè)；
Major?in?Mechanical?or?Mechatronics,?graduated?from?Universities?with?College?Degree?or?above;
2.五年以上工廠車間工作經(jīng)驗，會CAD?制圖，了解皮革機械者可優(yōu)先考慮；
?More?than?five?years?working?experience?in?factory?workshop,?able?to?make?CAD?drawings.?Employee?with?knowledge?of?leather?machinery?is?given?priority?to?concern;
3.英語四級以上，口語流利；?
CET-4?or?above,?fluent?in?spoken?English;
4.設(shè)備維修經(jīng)驗豐富，動手能力強,?了解維修質(zhì)量管理體系;
Rich?experience?in?equipment?maintenance,?strong?hands-on?ability,?understanding?of?maintenance?quality?management?system;
5.能夠出差，能夠帶班。??
Ability?to?be?away?on?official?business,?to?shift?and?lead.
