In-house?management?and?maintenance?of?all?IT?systems;
Identification?of?hardware?and?software?issues?and?solve?with?local?vendors;
Develop?Mercedes?Benz?Arena’s?IT?strategy?against?business?requirements;
Define?security?policies?and?SOPs,?perform?IT?internal?self-audits;
Provide?proactive?system?monitoring?to?ensure?high?availability?for?servers,?applications?and?network;
Recommend,?schedule,?and?perform?database,?software?and?hardware?improvements,?upgrades,?patches,?reconfigurations,?and/or?purchases;
Manage?all?IT?assets;
Systems?backups?and?disaster?recovery?planning,?testing,?and?implementation;
Be?aware?of?any?issues/?user?support?problems?in?other?IT?Applications?and?escalate?to?team?members;
On?site?dedicated?escalation?for?emergency?or?last-minute?technology?related?issues;
Conduct?research?on?emerging?products,?services,?protocols,?and?standards?in?support?of?systems?software?procurement?and?development?efforts;

對Windows和Apple系統(tǒng)及軟件的高度了解,重點關(guān)注Outlook和Microsoft?365?Exchange
