工作職責(zé):
1.建立和拓展銷售管道,提升順科進(jìn)口航線和服務(wù)貨量,包括進(jìn)口海運(yùn)拼箱、空運(yùn)包板集拼、歐亞鐵路拼箱、危險(xiǎn)品拼箱、整箱和綜合國(guó)際物流解決方案等業(yè)務(wù),提升順科在其專注細(xì)分市場(chǎng)的份額和營(yíng)業(yè)收入;
Establish?and?expand?sales?pipelines?to?promote?Shipco’s?import?products?line,?including?Sea?LCL?consolidation,?Air?consolidation,?Eurasian?Rail?consolidation,?Hazardous?LCL?consolidation,?FCL?services?and?integrated?international?logistics?solutions,?etc.?Drive?Shipco’s?market?share?and?revenue?in?the?niche?market.?
2.與現(xiàn)有或潛在客戶定期會(huì)議,關(guān)注客戶的業(yè)務(wù)或物流問(wèn)題,探索新的需求和合作機(jī)會(huì),搜集客戶反饋以便指引順科進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)的改進(jìn);
Keep?regular?meetings?with?exists?or?potential?customers?to?discuss?the?customer’s?business?or?logistics?issues?and?explore?new?needs?and?opportunities,?elicit?feedback?to?help?guide?future?product?and?service?direction,?etc.?
3.與本地及海外客服及操作團(tuán)隊(duì)合作,為關(guān)鍵客戶建立定制化的操作流程,并持續(xù)改進(jìn),以確保物流效率和客戶滿意度;
Establish?and?streamline?end-to-end?SOPs?for?key?customers/business?with?local/oversea?customer?service?and?operation?teams,?review?and?improve?the?process?consistently?to?ensure?customer?experience?and?satisfaction.?
4.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并發(fā)展進(jìn)口銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),招聘銷售人員,培訓(xùn)并幫助其理解進(jìn)口操作流程、順科的進(jìn)口服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品線;
Lead?and?develop?a?dedicated?import?sales?team?by?hiring?new?people?and?training/helping?them?understand?China?import?operation?process?and?Shipco’s?services/products?line.?
5.培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員去管理銷售過(guò)程,捕捉及發(fā)展銷售機(jī)會(huì),獲取新業(yè)務(wù);
Coach?team?members?on?how?to?manage?the?sales?cycle,?to?develop,?to?propose,?to?negotiate?and?close?new?import?business.?
6.管理并定期回顧團(tuán)隊(duì)成員銷售活動(dòng)及績(jī)效,對(duì)發(fā)展業(yè)務(wù)提出指導(dǎo)意見,確保團(tuán)隊(duì)業(yè)績(jī),包括GP,貨量,增長(zhǎng)率等;
Review?and?monitor?the?sales?activities?and?performance?of?team?members,?provide?consulting?advices?on?how?to?grow?business,?ensure?team?performance?in?GP,?volume,?growth?rates,?etc.
7.準(zhǔn)備定期銷售業(yè)務(wù)回顧報(bào)告及發(fā)展計(jì)劃,與銷售經(jīng)理匯報(bào)溝通;
Prepare?sales/business?reviews/reports?(including,?Volume/GP/YoY?Growth/forecasts/sales?individual?development,?etc.)?on?monthly?basis,?communicate?sales?development?plans?and?status?to?Sales?Manager.
8.維護(hù)銷售數(shù)據(jù),包括客戶資源,會(huì)議記錄,銷售報(bào)告,銷售線索跟蹤等;
Maintain?sales?data?with?the?help?from?sales?assistant,?including?customer?resource/sales?pipeline,?meeting?minutes,?sales?reports,?sales?Leads,?etc.
9.密切關(guān)注應(yīng)收賬款,確?;乜罴皶r(shí)。
Monitor?AR?for?nomination?business,?ensure?collection?of?freight?timely?and?in?compliance?with?company?credit?policy.
任職要求:
1.5年以上國(guó)際物流行業(yè)銷售或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有無(wú)船承運(yùn)人(進(jìn)口海運(yùn)拼箱)、進(jìn)口空運(yùn)集拼工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
5?years’?sales,?business?development?or?commercial?related?experiences?in?international?logistics,?freight?forwarding?industry,?1?year’s?experiences?in?sales?management.?Prefer?candidates?with?experiences?in?NVOCCs,?LCL/Air?consolidations.
2.過(guò)往銷售或業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展工作成績(jī)優(yōu)秀;
Proven?track?record?in?sales/BD.
3.責(zé)任心強(qiáng),有上進(jìn)心,抗壓能力強(qiáng);
Strong?sense?of?responsibility,?self-motivated,?work?under?pressure.
4.良好的溝通和人際關(guān)系技巧;
Good?communication?&?interpersonal?skills.
5.本科及以上學(xué)歷,或?qū)W歷水平相當(dāng);
Bachelor’s?degree?or?equivalent.
6.流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書寫能力;
Fluent?in?spoken?and?written?English?and?Mandarin.
7.熟練使用MS?Office軟件。
Good?command?of?MS?Office.
