The?Engineer?takes?project?role?in?project?execution?and?cooperation?with?Team?Leader?in?team?operation?at?same?time?to?accomplish?all?aspects’?goals?and?objectives.
工程師的主要匯報對象為艾默生科技資源(西安)有限公司團隊主管過程系統(tǒng)解決方案(以下縮寫PSS)，艾默生過程管理(以下簡稱EPM)中國工程管理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或項目主管/首席工程師為第二匯報對象。
工程師在項目執(zhí)行中擔(dān)任項目角色，同時在團隊運作中與團隊主管進(jìn)行合作，來完成各方面的目標(biāo)。

與團隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或更高級團隊合作，實現(xiàn)PSS中國的目標(biāo)，且時而不僅限于職位描述中規(guī)定的以期實現(xiàn)質(zhì)量承諾的目標(biāo)。
熟悉特定行業(yè)或領(lǐng)域;通過個人溝通和團隊合作/協(xié)作，參與團隊操作和項目執(zhí)行方面的部分工作。
以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向，掌握工作知識和技能，完成項目執(zhí)行中的每項任務(wù);良好的挑戰(zhàn)應(yīng)對能力。

本科及以上學(xué)歷，自動控制、電氣工程或計算機科學(xué)專業(yè)。
儀表和自動控制行業(yè)，0-5年的工作經(jīng)驗
能夠接受長期出差（有時由于事出緊急，不得不臨時通知）;
精通計算機，且具有流利的英語口語和書寫能力;
認(rèn)可績效問責(zé)制，分析問題，且以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向;
團隊合作/協(xié)作和溝通意識強，
具有較強的質(zhì)量承諾意識來應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn);
具有良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和激勵員工的能力;
了解/認(rèn)同業(yè)務(wù)單元的愿景、使命和戰(zhàn)略;并將其應(yīng)用于日常工作中。
