??The?HR?Services?Team?is?responsible?for?providing?professional,?efficient?and?consistent?HR?core?services?to?AP?associates.??This?team?is?a?group?of?highly?experienced,?customer?service?oriented?associates?who?act?as?the?first?point?of?contact?for?businesses?and?associates?to?resolve?and/or?diagnose?inquiries.??The?HR?Services?Advisor?will?also?be?responsible?for?the?data?input/management?and?integrity?of?the?information?provided?from?the?businesses?and?associates.??

??Act?as?primary?point?of?contact?for?providing?solutions?to?HR?needs
Support?leave?management
Support?new?associate?onboarding,?probation?follow-up?and?exit/separation?processes
Manage?associate?P-files
Support?HR?audit?works
Advise?associates?of?Gore?HR?polices,?best?practices?and?guidelines?effectively?and?consistently?to?support?our?associates?and?business?needs??
Handle?foreigner?employment?registration?and?residence?permit
Handle?inquiries?and?requests?from?associates?including?creation?of?HR?case?in?the?Case?Management?Tool.
Assist?in?other?relevant?HR?administrative?tasks?as?required?
