At?the?stage?of?new?product?quotation?design?welding?processes,?calculate?welding?cost,?make?equipment?investment?plan?and?analyze?project?feasibility.

????提供非標設備設計制造工藝技術要求并配合設備工程師完成非標設備的設計制造與安裝調試
???Provide?process?requirements?for?non-standard?equipment?design?and?cooperate?with?equipment?engineer?to?design?non-standard?equipment,?complete?installation?and?commissioning.
????負責新產(chǎn)品的焊接試生產(chǎn)，并且根據(jù)TS16949的要求生產(chǎn)出一定批量的合格樣品。然后將新產(chǎn)品轉給生產(chǎn)部門，進入正式生產(chǎn)階段?

????培訓操作工如何焊接新產(chǎn)品，以及應生產(chǎn)部的要求培訓操作工不斷提高焊工操作技能。
???Train?operators?to?weld?new?product,?and?based?on?production?department’s?requirement?train?operators?to?continuously?improve?operation?skills.
????負責新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的焊接工藝評定
