崗位職責(zé)：
1.?訂單管理，包括訂單發(fā)行，確認(rèn)和文件維護(hù)；

2.?物流問題的協(xié)調(diào)，包括日常接觸代理/物流供應(yīng)商，以確保貨物按時(shí)從中國(guó)出口及保證船務(wù)文件的有效性；
Logistics?issue?coordination?including?daily?contactingforwarders/logistics?suppliers,?to?ensure?shipment?on-time?ex-China?andshipping?documents?efficiency;
3.?訂單狀態(tài)跟蹤和定期匯報(bào)給集團(tuán)各區(qū)域公司；
POstatus?tracking?and?regular?reporting?to?counterparts?in?oversea?branches;
4.?每日計(jì)劃派遣SKU量，以確保亞洲的供應(yīng)滿足區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的安全庫(kù)存水平；
Daily?planning?dispatch?volume?on?SKU?level?to?ensure?Asia?supply?meet?regional?market?safety?stock?level;
5.?新/舊供應(yīng)商工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作培訓(xùn)，監(jiān)控供應(yīng)商的服務(wù)水平；
New/Old?supplier?SOP?education,?monitoring?supplier?servicelevel;
6.?以月底報(bào)告和供應(yīng)商通過提供必要的數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)據(jù)分析評(píng)估支持部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
Support?team?leader?on?month?end?reporting?and?supplierappraisal?by?providing?necessary?data?and?data?analysis.

任職要求：
1.?商科，貿(mào)易或物流專業(yè)，學(xué)士學(xué)位;
Bachelor's?degree?in?business,?trade,?or?logistics?discipline;
2.2-3年在貿(mào)易，物流，客戶服務(wù)或制造行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；清楚了解工廠供應(yīng)鏈規(guī)劃程序，并熟悉出口手續(xù)；
2-3?years?experience?in?trade,?logistics,?customer?service?ormanufacturing?industry;?Well?understanding?factory?supply?chain?planningprocedure?and?being?familiar?with?export?formality;
3.?優(yōu)秀的英語口語和書面溝通技巧；
Excellent?communication?skills?in?spoken?and?written?English;
4.?有ERP系統(tǒng)操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
ERP?system?operation?experience?is?preferred;
5.具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，有責(zé)任心，能夠承受工作壓力，學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)。
