崗位職責(zé)：
1、根據(jù)公司整體戰(zhàn)略要求，協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)建立核算體系，制定并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行經(jīng)營(yíng)預(yù)算、資金預(yù)算、資本預(yù)算、財(cái)務(wù)收支計(jì)劃；
2、分析并完善現(xiàn)有財(cái)務(wù)制度和流程，協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)建立內(nèi)控體系、設(shè)定財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)，監(jiān)管實(shí)施與運(yùn)行；
3、協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)對(duì)公司的投資、收購(gòu)、并購(gòu)、融資、IPO、資產(chǎn)重組等經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)提供建議和決策支持，參與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、指導(dǎo)、跟蹤和控制，利用各種財(cái)務(wù)工具，確保公司最優(yōu)資本結(jié)構(gòu)；
4、負(fù)責(zé)公司業(yè)務(wù)項(xiàng)目的成本預(yù)測(cè)、控制、核算、分析和考核，協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)對(duì)資金運(yùn)用、現(xiàn)金流量、財(cái)務(wù)成本、盈利轉(zhuǎn)化與退出等進(jìn)行專(zhuān)題分析，為公司的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供財(cái)務(wù)方面的分析和決策依據(jù)；
5、協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)完成公司財(cái)務(wù)信息化管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)，負(fù)責(zé)公司財(cái)務(wù)信息化流程設(shè)定和方案設(shè)計(jì)，負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備、數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)移，系統(tǒng)切換工作；
6、加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)監(jiān)管，認(rèn)真履行財(cái)務(wù)收支審批手續(xù)和費(fèi)用報(bào)銷(xiāo)制度，正確合理調(diào)度資金，保證日常合理開(kāi)支需要的正常供給；
7、組織財(cái)務(wù)人員正確、及時(shí)、完整地處理賬務(wù)，辦理收支和銀行結(jié)算等業(yè)務(wù)；
8、負(fù)責(zé)制定并實(shí)施整體稅務(wù)籌劃策略，制定最優(yōu)稅務(wù)規(guī)劃；
9、負(fù)責(zé)編制及組織實(shí)施財(cái)務(wù)月、季、年度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告，負(fù)責(zé)公司財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表、納稅申報(bào)、對(duì)外申報(bào)報(bào)表的審核、監(jiān)督；
10、與財(cái)政、稅務(wù)、銀行等相關(guān)政府部門(mén)建立并保持良好的關(guān)系。
任職要求：
1、財(cái)會(huì)、金融、經(jīng)濟(jì)、管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷，有注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師資格者優(yōu)先；
2、五年以上大中型企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3、熟悉國(guó)家金融政策、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)制度及流程，精通相關(guān)財(cái)稅法律法規(guī)，有完整IPO工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
4、較強(qiáng)的成本管理、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制和財(cái)務(wù)分析的能力；
5、熟悉財(cái)務(wù)信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)原理及工作流程，熟練操作財(cái)務(wù)管理軟件和Office辦公軟件；
6、具備良好的英文讀寫(xiě)能力；
7、良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力，和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神，能承受較大工作壓力。
