任職要求:
1.?Bachelar?degree?or?above,?major?in?Chemical?or?pharmacy
2.?Fluent?in?English?is?a?must
3.?Above?5?years’?experience?in?quality?functions,?especially?in?food?or?packaging?material?manufacture.
4.?Experience?from?standards,?ISO9001,?FSSC22000,?ISO14001?etc.
5.?Experience?in?quality?problem?solving?&?quality?analyzing?tools,?e.g.?SPC
6.?Experience?in?consumer/customer?complaint?solving
7.?Experience?in?successfully?implementing?quality?assurance?programs
8.?Experience?in?assist?other?departments?in?the?entire?value?chain?and?provides?them?with?services?necessary?to?ensure?quality?in?their?fields.
9.?Ability?to?communicate?efficiently?internally?and?externally.
10.?Ability?to?escalate?issues?to?the?QA?Manager
11.?Able?to?dialogue?with?all?levels?of?management?and?experts.
