崗位職責(zé)：
?陪同客戶察看項(xiàng)目/樓盤(pán)情況；
?就租金、租期等進(jìn)行協(xié)商；
?深入了解項(xiàng)目情況，向客戶傳達(dá)準(zhǔn)確信息，妥善處理相關(guān)事務(wù)；
?協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備租賃協(xié)議、意向書(shū)、服務(wù)費(fèi)確認(rèn)協(xié)議書(shū)等文件；?
?對(duì)每筆業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)展以及潛在客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)行積極跟進(jìn)；?
?協(xié)助發(fā)送/接收留言、快遞或郵件；?
?其它指派的各項(xiàng)工作；

任職要求：
?有高檔住宅（公寓、別墅）寫(xiě)字樓租賃、銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)一年以上；?
?具有兩年以上的銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或外企及酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；?
?責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，能夠承受高負(fù)荷的工作壓力,具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)；
?良好的英語(yǔ)溝通及表達(dá)能力,能夠適應(yīng)加班工作；?
?良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)及吃苦耐勞精神；?
?品德正直高尚,形象氣質(zhì)佳。
