崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)管理公司銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)，規(guī)范運(yùn)作流程，確定銷(xiāo)售策略；
?Provide?leadership?for?the?sales?team;?normalize?the?operation?flow?and?formulate?the?sales?strategy;
2、根據(jù)公司下達(dá)的年度經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)，合理分解至銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)，并實(shí)施銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)績(jī)效考核，以達(dá)成指標(biāo)要求；
?Distribute?company’s?annual?sales?target?to?the?sales?team?legitimately;?conduct?the?performance?assessment?for?the?whole?team?to?meet?the?sales?target;
3、負(fù)責(zé)制定和完善營(yíng)銷(xiāo)管理制度，并逐步建立健全適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展的完整的營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系；
?Responsible?for?the?planning?and?improvement?of?the?sales?management?system;?build?and?perfect?an?integrated?sales?system?which?adapting?to?the?market?development?step?by?step;
4、負(fù)責(zé)銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)的能力培養(yǎng)，對(duì)其業(yè)績(jī)進(jìn)行定期評(píng)估，并制定和實(shí)施晉升及淘汰機(jī)制；
?Responsible?for?the?ability?training?of?the?sales?team;?make?regular?assessments?ofits?performance?and?set?the?corresponding?promotion/elimination?mechanism;
5、負(fù)責(zé)公司大客戶的開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)；

6、對(duì)公司整體經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)的達(dá)成負(fù)責(zé)。

任職要求：
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷，經(jīng)濟(jì)管理或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)相關(guān)專業(yè)，了解制造業(yè)并有培訓(xùn)/管理咨詢工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先；
?With?a?bachelor?degree?or?above?in?business?management,?marketing?or?relevant?majors,?the?knowledge?of?manufacturing?industry?and?the?work?experience?in?training/?management?consulting?is?a?plus;
2、5年以上銷(xiāo)售管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年以上銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)理或同級(jí)職位行業(yè)任職經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
?5+?years?of?sales?management?work?experience,?2+?years?of?sales?manager?or?equivalent?position?professional?work?experience;
3、英文溝通能力（口語(yǔ)及書(shū)寫(xiě)）較強(qiáng)；
?Good?command?of?English?communication?skill?(especially?oral?and?written?English)
4、有較強(qiáng)的銷(xiāo)售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
?Strong?ability?in?sales?management?and?team?management;
5、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和協(xié)作能力、人際溝通能力、談判能力和解決問(wèn)題的能力；

6、工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，坦誠(chéng)正直，工作計(jì)劃性強(qiáng)，并具有戰(zhàn)略前瞻性思維能力。
