崗位職責(zé)：
根據(jù)顧問對(duì)所在行業(yè)，公司以及職位的分析，參與制定目標(biāo)候選人的尋訪方案
進(jìn)行相關(guān)侯選人資料的收集、分類、整理，對(duì)簡(jiǎn)歷做初步篩選
通過各種渠道快速尋訪候選人，進(jìn)行初步面試和評(píng)估
溝通協(xié)調(diào)候選人與公司之間的面試安排，跟進(jìn)進(jìn)展并及時(shí)反饋
候選人背景調(diào)查，薪酬談判，offer跟進(jìn)，入職跟進(jìn)等
根據(jù)客戶需求組織內(nèi)部資源為顧問提供執(zhí)行方向
錄入并更新數(shù)據(jù)庫中候選人的資料
任職要求：
本科以上學(xué)歷，商業(yè)管理、人力資源管理專業(yè)為佳
一年以上銷售或電話銷售行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
擅于與人溝通，協(xié)調(diào)能力好，反應(yīng)快
正直誠信、具有良好職業(yè)道德和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)
心理素質(zhì)好，可承受較大工作壓力，喜歡聊天交朋友的人較佳
具備良好的英語溝通能力以及電腦操作技能

Requirements:
Education:?Bachelor?or?above?degree,?Business?Management/Human?Resource?Management?is?preferred
At?least?one?year?working?experience?in?sales?or?marketing?function
Communication:?possess?excellent?communication?and?interpersonal?skills,?like?to?make?cold?calls?to?unknown?people
Skilled?at?making?cold?calls?and?conducting?search?processes
Able?to?handle?rejections,?willing?to?face?challenges?and?able?to?work?under?pressure
English?and?computer?skills:?Good?English?in?both?written?&?spoken,?skillful?in?computer?operation
