Advising?business?on?the?interpretation?of?compliance?policies???Assisting?senior?compliance?counsel?in?compliance?projects?rolled?out?in?China???Working?out?the?compliance?training?plan?and?implementing?the?plan?by?delivering?relevant?compliance?training???Working?closely?with?internal?audit?team?to?review?the?internal?processes?and?providing?compliance?support?to?the?investigation?conducted?by?internal?auditor?team???Perform?other?tasks?assigned?by?AP?senior?compliance?counsel?from?time?to?time?QUALIFICATION???External?Qualifications?Search???Bachelor/Master?degree?in?Chinese?law.?Overseas?legal?education?is?a?preferable?qualification.???Excellent?command?of?English?with?strong?drafting?skills?in?both?English?and?Chinese.???At?least?5?years?working?experience?as?qualified?attorney?and?experience?in?compliance?and?life?science?industry?is?a?preferable?qualification.???Pleasant?and?highly?responsible?work?attitude.???Strong?communication?skills?and?conflicting-handling?skills.???Travel?will?be?required?however?there?will?not?be?much.
