·?Business?travelling?to?provide?onsite?market?support?for?offices?and?shops?is?required
·?Frontend?and?backend?POS?setup?for?new?shops
·?Shop?closure?and?POS?transfer/deactivation
·?Execution?and?maintenance?of?the?SAP?interface?for?new?products?update,?pricing?change,?and?ASN?vouchers.
·?Troubleshooting?POS?on?hardware/software,?2nd?level?support?and?escalation?to?global?vendor
·?POS?Refreshment?training?to?ROM?and?new?users?from?time?to?time
·?Assistance?in?reviewing?maintenance?contract?for?markets
·?Data?pooling?and?stock?take?assistance
·?Troubleshooting?and?coordination?support?for?ECCO?TV?and?Traffic?Counter
·?Internal/external?EDI?coordination?and?troubleshooting
·?Develop?and?maintain?IT?hardware,?software?application,?and?infrastructure?for?office?and?retail?shops?in?compliance?to?Corporate?IT?standards:
o?Main?contact?for?external?contractors?/?vendors?both?in?HW/SW;
o?Monitor?installation,?implementation?and?testing;?and?provide?necessary?advice?to?management;
o?Provide?training?on?new?equipment?or?applications?to?office?and?shop?staff.
·?Develop?local?IT?policies?and?procedures?which?comply?with?Corporate?IT?standards:
o?Communicate?with?Corporate?IT?for?any?new?IT?needs?from?APAC
o?Update?on?change?in?market?IT?legislations;
?Disaster?recovery?plan?and?IT?audit
o?Frequently?review?local?IT?policies?if?any?policies?are?outdated?and?update?if?necessary.
·?Ensure?smooth?system?reporting;
·?IT?orientation?for?new?staff;
·?Other?IT?related?assignments.
·?Support?IT?manager?to?deliver?project?commitments?to?users?as?user?expectation.
