In?line?with?NextGen?business?plan?and?budget,?work?out?annual?sales?plan,?lead?the?execution?of?the?plan?to?achieve?sales?target.
銷售計劃及實施
根據(jù)NextGen?Team的業(yè)務規(guī)劃和預算,制定所轄地區(qū)的年度銷售計劃及預算,并組織實施,完成銷售任務;
2.Key?Account?Management
Develop?and?maintain?good?relationship?with?key?accounts?within?the?responsible?region.
客戶管理
對所轄大區(qū)的重要客戶的關系及發(fā)展進行良好的維護,不斷優(yōu)化客戶結構;
3.Market?Information?Update
Be?responsible?for?collecting?the?market?information?within?the?responsible?region?and?work?out?a?sales?proposal?to?reflect?those?market?changes;?lead?the?implementation?based?on?approved?sales?proposal.
市場調研
負責收集所轄大區(qū)的市場和競爭對手信息,針對市場變化,向有關部門提議建設性的銷售方案并組織實施;
4.New?Customer?Development
Actively?develop?new?customers?to?increase?the?sales?coverage.
開發(fā)市場
根據(jù)年度開發(fā)計劃開發(fā)新客戶、新渠道,促進銷售增長并擴展市場份額;
5.Internal?Coordination
Build?up?good?cooperation??with?different?functional?departments?in?the?company?to?enhance?the?support??to?customer?and?better?satisfy?customers’?need.
內部協(xié)調
與公司內部相關部門保持良好溝通合作,促進銷售增長及滿足客戶需要;
6.Improve?Sales?Productivity
Improve?the?sales?productivity?by?ways?of?enhancing?management?and?optimizing?the?selling?processes
控制成本
根據(jù)年度預算,通過加強管理和優(yōu)化流程,提高銷售效率;
7.Managing?People
In??line?with?the?company?policies,?manage?and?develop?the?work?of?the??subordinators,?help?them?to?achieve?sales?targets.
人員管理及發(fā)展
在公司相關政策指導下,管理并指導下屬工作,開發(fā)員工潛力并幫助其發(fā)展以實現(xiàn)共同目標;

任職要求:
1.At?least?5?years?sales?experience;?at?least?3??years?OTC?channel?experience?on?sales?management?position.
5年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗;3年以上零售藥店渠道銷售管理工作經(jīng)驗。
2.At?least?3?years’?experience?on?sales?management?position.
3年以上外資企業(yè)主管工作經(jīng)驗;
3.At?least?3?years’?experience?within?a?joint-venture?or?wholly?foreign?owned?company.
3年以上合資或獨資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗;
