崗位職責(zé):
1.?負(fù)責(zé)酒店前期儲(chǔ)備階段的運(yùn)營(yíng)及管理工作,為酒店籌建、籌備、試營(yíng)業(yè)指定長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo),并按照長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)來(lái)實(shí)施工作細(xì)則;
2.?從財(cái)力、物力方面確保完成酒店各大系統(tǒng)的設(shè)置和裝修工程,保障酒店按計(jì)劃時(shí)間開(kāi)業(yè);
3.?通過(guò)各種渠道搜集匯總主要市場(chǎng)酒店數(shù)據(jù),深入分析行業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層決策提供相關(guān)信息支持,供酒店公司參考、借鑒和完善。為酒店管理團(tuán)隊(duì)制定提升經(jīng)營(yíng)與管理方案等重要決策提供信息支持;
4.?負(fù)責(zé)配合項(xiàng)目有關(guān)部門(mén)包括市場(chǎng)、成本、預(yù)算、安全、設(shè)備采購(gòu)等在內(nèi)的工作;
5.?根據(jù)各酒店項(xiàng)目的籌建進(jìn)度,協(xié)助公司人事部完成酒店業(yè)主代表、管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的派駐及后期管理工作;
6.?負(fù)責(zé)與當(dāng)?shù)卣畽C(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)保持密切聯(lián)系,掌握最新的政策動(dòng)向。
任職要求:
1.?大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,酒店管理或建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)。
2.?擁有兩家以上籌備國(guó)際星級(jí)酒店總經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。五年以上國(guó)際度假型酒店運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉酒店各部門(mén)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作。
3.?通曉酒店各部門(mén)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理工作,尤其是在酒店籌備期間的運(yùn)營(yíng),理解酒店的管理機(jī)制和程序。
4.?有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)和創(chuàng)新能力,有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
5.?對(duì)于養(yǎng)生、醫(yī)療、禪意文化熟知者優(yōu)先。
6.?接受昆明、大理外派工作者。

1.?Responsible?to?complete?the?operation?and?management?task?in?the?hotel?preparation?stage,?set?up?long?term?organizational?objective?and?achieve?the?goals?according?to?the?regulations?and?rules;
2.?Responsible?to?supervise?the?complexions?of?the?hotel?equipment?system,?decoration?constructions?in?perspectives?of?financial?and?physical?supports,?to?ensure?the?hotel?open?on?schedule.
3.?Responsible?to?develop?variety?of?channels?to?collect?the?major?hotel?industry?information?data,?in-depth?analysis?of?industry?related?reference,?to?provide?relevant?information?for?the?leadership?in?terms?of?decision-making.?Provide?information?support?for?hotel?management?team?to?make?the?important?decision,?in?terms?of?operation?management?and?project?management;
4.?Responsible?to?cooperate?with?relevant?department?including?marketing,?cost,?budget,?safety,?equipment?procurement,?etc.;
5.?Responsible?to?assist?HR?department?to?complete?the?entrance?of?the?owner?representative?management?team,?and?continue?the?post?general?hotel?management?work.
6.?Responsible?for?maintaining?close?contact?with?local?government?agencies,?industry?associations,?to?grasp?the?latest?policy?trends
Requirements:
1.?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?major?in?Hotel?Management?or?Engineering;
2.?With?two?or?more?preparations?experience?for?international?star?hotel?is?preferred.?More?than?five?years?working?experience?in?international?resort?hotels,?familiar?with?the?operation?and?management?of?the?various?departments?of?the?hotel;
3.?Proficient?with?the?operation?of?the?various?departments?of?the?hotel,?especially?during?the?preparation?stage?of?the?hotel,?understand?the?hotel?management?policies?and?procedures;
4.?Strong?team?organizational?and?interpersonal?skills,?able?to?communicate?effectively?with?internal?and?external?departments;
5.?Strong?communication?skills?with?excellent?team-work?spirit?and?leadership?skills.
6.?Good?knowledge?with?wellness,?medical?care,?understand?of?Zen?culture?is?highly?preferred.
