?Prepare?proposals?which?meet?customers’?requirements?and?their?budget?while?maximizing?the?company’s?profit?margin?and?follow?up?to?convert?proposals?to?confirmed?businesses
?Plan?and?manage?confirmed?proposals?by?coordinating?and?negotiating?with?suppliers?within?the?budget?without?compromising?the?quality?of?products
?Liase?with?clients?for?any?materials?required?and?oversee?the?production?and?arrangement?of?the?materials?such?as?teasers,?room?gifts,?meeting?material
?Manage?and?coordinate?on-site?service?delivery?and?logistics?with?all?business?partners?including?guides?and?suppliers?when?events?are?operated?as?well?as?manage?to?ensure?that?the?events?run?smoothly
?Liase?between?clients?and?suppliers?or?all?concerned?parties?and?ensure?that?service?delivered?by?the?suppliers?or?all?concerned?meet?with?clients’?expectations
?Build?and?maintain?good?relationship?with?existing?or?potential?customers?as?well?as?with?business?partners
?Ensure?that?facilities?at?hotels,?venues?and?restaurants?meet?standards?and?quality?required?by?DA?Thailand?and?customers
?Supervise?and?manage?the?performance?of?employees?in?MICE?Department?by?mentoring,?coaching,?training?and?giving?constructive?feedback?

?Bachelor’s?Degree?in?Tourism,?Hospitality?Management?or?related?field
?Minimum?6-8?year?of?work?experience?in?similar?functions
?Computer?literacy?in?Microsoft?Office
?Very?good?command?of?English?both?written?and?spoken
?Knowledge?of?Thailand?tourism?products
?Networking?ability?with?business?partners?in?tourism?industry
?Good?negotiation?skill
