崗位職責：
1、負責基于生產(chǎn)實際，建立及完善公司質(zhì)量管理體系各級文件，包括手冊、程序文件、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書以及各項執(zhí)行表格記錄。

2、負責公司生產(chǎn)工藝的改進，包括設(shè)計一些工裝工具及整合簡單自動化系統(tǒng)，提高工藝自動化程度，減少人工及成本。
Improve?the?production?process,?include?design?tools?or?integrate?simple?automatic?system?to?improve?the?degree?of?automation,?in?order?to?save?headcount?and?cost.
3、入職后了解污水處理流程以便和客人介紹，監(jiān)督實驗室的的日常監(jiān)測和運行。
After?on?board,?be?familiar?with?the?wastewater?treatment?process,?make?introduction?to?the?buyers,?monitor?the?daily?measuring?work?of?waste?water?test?lab.
4、負責與客戶保持良好溝通并建立良好客戶關(guān)系。
Keep?good?communication?with?buyers?and?maintain?good?relationship?include?personal?relationship.
5、負責處理各客戶社會責任驗廠及技術(shù)驗廠，并組織后續(xù)改善。
Manage?the?preparation?work?for?the?CSR?audit?and?technique?audit,?follow?up?the?improvement?actions.
6、負責管理工廠環(huán)境、健康、安全，建立并完善程序文件，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行。
Manage?the?factory?Environment,?Health,?Safety?related?works,?establish?and?improve?the?procedures,?follow?up?the?implementation.
任職要求：
1、染整、化工、環(huán)保相關(guān)專業(yè)背景，具有5年以上工廠經(jīng)驗，在管理職位上至少2年以上經(jīng)驗，最好有服裝行業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
Dyeing/Finishing,?chemical,?or?environment?related?background,?above?5?years?factory?experience?in?factory,?and?at?least?2?years?experience?on?manager?position,?prefer?Textile/Garment?factory?experience.
2、熟悉質(zhì)量管理體系，有相關(guān)體系建立的經(jīng)驗更佳。
Familiar?with?quality?management?system,?have?system?construction?experience?is?preferred.
3、熟悉Office,?CAD等辦公軟件。
Familiar?with?Micro?office,?CAD.
4、英文能流利溝通，要求能與歐美客戶流利溝通，包括口頭和書面。

5、人際關(guān)系處理能力良好，要求能快速有效建立起良好的人際關(guān)系。
