Areas?of?Responsibility
1.?Assist?IA?Head?and?IA?Manager?on?BU?risk
assessment?and?annual?audit?plan?setting;
2.?Coach?and?training?IA?staffs?of?audit
skills;
3.?As?a?project?manager,?lead?the?team?and
perform?the?normal?audit?and?special?investigation,?prepare?and?issue?the?audit
report;
4.?Maintain?a?cooperation?relationship?with?Bus
in?China;
5.?Update?the?audit?program?on?a?timely?manner,
explore?the?new?audit?areas;
6.?Perform?business?study?of?Bus,?design?the
template?and?content;
7.?Support?IA?Head?on?quality?control?of?audit
projects;
8.?Prepare?IA?department?and?quarterly?report;
9.?Provide?consultant?service?to?BU?for
procedure?redesign/improvement
任職要求：
Education/Experience
Bachelor?degree?or?above;
At?least?7-10?years?audit?experience
Fluent?English,?both?speaking?and?writing;
Willing?to?travel?extensively?within?China;
Self-motivated?and?self-disciplined;
Good?communication?skill,?kind?but?within?principle;
Experience?of?project?leader,?good?report?writing?skills?and?ability?to?converse?with?auditee’s?management?on?audit?finding;
CPA?and?CIA?would?be?an?added?advantage;
Work?experience?in?Big?4?or?Fortune?500,?SOX?or?similar?corporate?governance?exposure?under?listing?company?requirements?would?be?an?added?advantage
