3.?Identify?training?needs?and?development?needs?in?conjunction?with?line?manager?and?help?line?manager?to?analyze?current?/future?HR?needs?and?well?forecast?the?training/development?needs?to?meet?the?growth/change?of?segment
4.?Facilitate?talent?review?process?and?succession?planning?work?with?line?managers?on?action?plan?for?talent?management?and?deliver?effective?program?to?develop?and?keep?talents
5.?Collaborate?with?training?and?development?team?to?set?up/maintain?competency?modules?within?organization
6.?Collaborate?with?line?managers?for?performance?management?and?provide?support?to?line?managers?to?meet?achievable?targets
7.?Work?with?C&B?team?to?implement?the?C&B?structure?within?organization?according?to?business?plan?and?people?development?plan
8.?Build?a?trusted?advisor?and?partnership?between?segment/function?and?HR?and?deliver?best?HR?practices/programs/solutions?which?support?business?area?in?conjunction?with?HR?functions
9.?Collaborate?with?HR?team?to?supervise?and?monitor?the?implementation?of?HR?policies?and?provide?consultancy?to?employees?on?HR?related?issues
任職要求:
1.?Bachelor?degree?above?in?HR?or?related
2.?8?years?HR?working?experience?in?MNCs?and?HRBP?experience?is?a?plus
3.?Strong?inter-personal?skills?and?eager?to?take?challenges
4.?Strong?problem?solving?skills,?result-oriented
5.?Required?project?management?experience
6.?Can?work?under?high?pressure
7.?Fluent?English?speaking.
