崗位職責(zé)：
1.?Responsible?for?delivering?and?training?employees?under?your?supervision?on?company?EHSpolicy?and?programs.?Supervise?to?ensureEHS?procedures?implemented?in?department?activities?and?encourage?continuous?improvement.?Organize?to?make?corrective?actions?and?preventative?actions?to?ensure?achievement?of?department?EHS?goals;負(fù)責(zé)傳遞和培訓(xùn)下屬公司相關(guān)的EHS政策和項(xiàng)目，確保EHS的持續(xù)改進(jìn)活動(dòng)在部門內(nèi)部的活動(dòng)得到實(shí)施，組織實(shí)施部門的相關(guān)糾正預(yù)防措施；
2.?Organize?to?conduct?identification?and?assessment?of?hazards?and?environmental?elements?within?department?work?area;組織識(shí)別和評(píng)估部門工作區(qū)域內(nèi)的危險(xiǎn)源和環(huán)境因素；
3.?Immediately?notify?relevant?supervisor?of?any?safety?and?environmental?incidents?from?department?work?tasks.?Cooperate?and?assist?with?incident?investigation,?follow?up?with?implementation?of?corrective?actions?to?prevent?repeats.任何安全和環(huán)境事故立即通知相關(guān)主管的部門，配合,協(xié)助事故調(diào)查,跟進(jìn)實(shí)施糾正措施,以防止重復(fù)發(fā)生。
4.?Participate?in?developing?the?company's?strategies,?annual?business?plan?and?budget.參與制定公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、年度經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃和預(yù)算方案;
5.?Make?long-term?strategic?planning?of?technologicaldevelopment.主持制定技術(shù)發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃;
6.?Manage?the?company's?overall?core?technology,?organize?formulate?and?implement?major?technical?decisions?and?technical?solutions.管理公司的整體核心技術(shù)，組織制定和實(shí)施重大技術(shù)決策和技術(shù)方案；
7.?Responsible?for?execution?of?the?technical?strategic?plan.?負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的執(zhí)行；
8.?Manages?all?technical?aspects?of?the?foundry?manufacturing?operations?which?include?the?following:負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)和運(yùn)營(yíng)中所有技術(shù)方面的管理，包括以下方面：
??Responsible?for?review?and?update?ESCO?product?inspection?standards，to?ensure?products?are?manufactured?to?meet?quality?standards負(fù)責(zé)ESCO產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的審核和更新,確保產(chǎn)品制造符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。.

9.?Responsible?for?training,?guidance?and?assessment?for?subordinatestaff?in?Technical?Department.?負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)技術(shù)部的下屬人員培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)、評(píng)估的相關(guān)職能。
10.?Standard?costing?process?including?BOM?and?product?quotation.負(fù)責(zé)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化成本體系的建立和產(chǎn)品的詢價(jià)。

任職要求：
1.?Education:
Bachelor?degree?in?engineering?or?related?field?(eg?metallurgical,?mechanical)冶金,機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷
2.?Experience:
Minimum?of?10?years?technical?management?experience?in?a?steel?foundry10年以上鋼鐵鑄造技術(shù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Management?of?ISO9001?system?管理知識(shí)、項(xiàng)目管理、創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)，ISO9000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系文件培訓(xùn)及專業(yè)知識(shí)培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
