Formulates?an?annual?operational?plan?for?Human?Resources?Management,?(including?manpower?requirement?definition)?and?ensures?that?an?operational?budget?is?defined?and?approved?in?order?to?set?targets?and?conditions?for?the?various?planned?and?budgeted?activities?and?to?monitor,?control?and?report?operational?costs?and?performance?results.?
Compensation?and?Benefits?
Formulates?an?equitable?and?competitive?compensation?and?benefits?package?in?line?with?the?company's?policies?and?local?requirements?in?order?to?assure?to?be?able?to?attract,?keep?and?motivate?the?employees.?

Formulates?a?Human?Resources?Development?policy?according?to?corporate?guidelines?and?procedures?that?fit?within?the?business?strategy?of?the?company?and?ensures?implementation?of?appropriate?Human?Resources?Development?tools?and?programs?that?will?qualify?employees?to?meet?the?requirements?as?set?by?the?company?for?the?short?and?longer?term.?
Organization?Development?

Personnel?Administration?
Ensures?the?development?and?maintenance?of?personnel?administration?guidelines,?procedures?and?systems?within?the?company?in?order?to?provide?management?with?relevant?control?and?steering?information?and?support?the?realisation?of?the?approved?operational?plan?and?budget.?
Finance?and?Control?
Formulates,?implements?and?monitors?the?departmental?plan?and?budget?in?line?with?the?approved?operational?plan.?

Requirements:?
Academic?level;?
Matured?and?seasoned?professional?with?around?10?years?working?experience?HR?field,?at?least?3?years?in?the?HR?managerial?position;?
Capable?of?developing?and?implementing?Human?Resources?Management?tools?and?instruments?in?close?cooperation?with?line?management;?
A?strong?communicator?who?stimulates?management?to?take?their?responsibilities?with?regard?to?HRM;?
Active,?decisive?and?catalyst?in?initiating?and?implementing?new?approaches?to?Human?Resources?Management;?
Fluency?in?English.
