Responsibilities:
Communicate?and?work?with?overseas?counterparts?for?all?technical?issues,?Provide?technical?advice?and?support?to?merchandising?team?and?factories?in?order?to?meet?purchasing?requirement.
Job?Duties:
-?To?conduct?sample?evaluation?in?terms?of?fitting,?measurement,?construction?/?making?method,?workmanship?&?functional?performance;
-?To?check?if?the?quality?of?the?material,?trims,?and?accessories?used?are?correct,?safe?and?functionally?reliable;
-?To?provide?technical?advise?to?factories?for?improvement?when?needed;
-?To?work?with?QC?to?clarify?and?resolve?outstanding?technical?problems,?and?to?update?product?standards?requirements;
-?To?clearly?highlight?potential?quality?problems?and?necessary?precautions?to?factories?/?QC?before?production;
-?To?provide?technical?support?to?factories?and?inspectors?during?production?when?needed;
-?To?maintain?a?proper?record?of?quality?performance?for?samples?submitted?by?each?vendor;
-?To?travel?to?factories?to?settle?technical?problems?when?necessary.
任職要求：
Requirements:
-?Graduated?in?garment?construction?in?university?of?Mainland?China.
-?At?least?2-5?years?solid?relevant?experience?as?Technician/QA;
(e.g.?fitting,?size?specification?grading,?paper?pattern?knowledge?etc…)
-?Technical?knowledge?of?woven/knit/sweater;
-?Attentive?to?detail?and?well?organized?with?good?communication?skills,?self-motivated?and?pro-active;
-?Good?command?of?written?and?oral?English;
-?French?speaker?will?get?advantage;
-?Common?computer?knowledge?related?to?work;(e.g.?excel/?words,?illustrator/?drawing?etc…)
-?Good?communication?skill?with?factory?and?technical?team?in?French?office.
-?Ability?to?work?independently.

-?至少有2-5年以上外貿(mào)梭織、針織產(chǎn)品技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)針織、梭織服裝制作流程、工藝結(jié)構(gòu)、紙樣制作和推檔有相當(dāng)?shù)恼J(rèn)識(shí)；
-?對(duì)面輔料、繡印花、水洗及服裝穿著性能等方面有著良好的判斷能力和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。為公司業(yè)務(wù)部門及供應(yīng)商提供技術(shù)服務(wù)和支持，能幫助供應(yīng)商熟悉我們的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)而有針對(duì)性地提高。能及時(shí)指出樣衣上存在的問(wèn)題并對(duì)潛在的問(wèn)題提出預(yù)警；
-?英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)良好。能閱讀/書(shū)寫(xiě)英文意見(jiàn)及尺寸表，熟悉服裝方面的中英文用語(yǔ)。能和歐洲總部就技術(shù)工藝方面以英文進(jìn)行書(shū)面/口語(yǔ)溝通；
-?熟練操作電腦，能獨(dú)立工作；
-必要時(shí)，能出差到工廠協(xié)助解決實(shí)際工藝方面的問(wèn)題
