1.Coach?and?coordinate?foreign?teachers?and?Chinese?teachers?to?fulfill?daily?teaching?task;
2.Establish?yearly?teaching?plan?and?supervise?teaching?progress?and?result;
3.Optimize?existing?academic?products’?teaching?solutions;
4.Support?marketing?activities?upon?request;
5.Responsible?for?course?development?based?on?existing?curriculum,?with?a?particular?focus?on?online?content;
6.Lead?or?participate?in?delivering?ESL?and?subject?courses?via?virtual?classroom;
7.Provide?feasible?advice?and?solutions?to?problems?of?teaching?management;
8.Report?to?and?liaise?with?Course?Research?and?Development?Supervisor.
任職要求：
1.Native?English?speaker?(British?English?and?North?American?English?preferable);
2.Bachelor's?Degree?or?above;?Major?in?Education/English/Linguistic,?TESOL/TEFL?certificate?is?a?plus;
3.Minimum?of?2?years?teaching?experience?and?curriculum?development
4.Basic?understanding?of?online?learning?and?teaching?practices?and?theories
5.Good?communication?and?coordination?skills
