崗位職責(zé)：
1.?Handling?warranty?claim?cases?for?our?dealers?in?the?Western?China.
對(duì)公司及客戶送檢動(dòng)力工具進(jìn)行拆裝及維修。
2.?Giving?technical?trainings?to?technicians?from?our?dealers?or?endusers.
對(duì)經(jīng)銷商或者用戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)。
3.?Routine?telephone?support?to?our?customers?for?technical?questions.
對(duì)于客戶的疑問提供專業(yè)，耐心的電話解答。
4.?Responsible?for?the?5S?work?in?the?workshop,?keep?it?clean?and?well?organized.
負(fù)責(zé)維修室的5S工作，保持維修室的整潔。
5.?Daily?work?record?and?monthly?report,?and?other?tasks?that?line?manager?assigned.
做好每日工作記錄，以及月報(bào)，并積極完成其他交辦事項(xiàng)。
任職要求：
1.?Junior?college?degree?or?above?majoring?in?mechanical?or?electrical?engineering.
電子、機(jī)械類專業(yè)?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷。
2.?Basic?English,?can?read?English?technical?manual.
基本的英語要求，配合輔助工具可以看懂英文手冊(cè)。
3.?Hands-on?ability,?being?honest,?willing?to?take?responsibility.
動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，為人誠懇，有責(zé)任心。
4.?Capable?of?using?Microsoft?office?software,?Word,?Excel,?Power?Point.
會(huì)使用word,?excel,?power?point辦公軟件。
5.?Willing?to?travel,?experience?on?after?sales?service?related?work?is?preferred.
能適應(yīng)出差，有售后服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
