對(duì)所轄區(qū)域的HSE績(jī)效負(fù)責(zé)，并以身作則，致力于職業(yè)健康及安全環(huán)保方面的持續(xù)改善；
2、To?support?electrical?manager,?via?coordinating?and?promoting?reliability?centered?maintenance,?to?carry?out,?and?continuously?optimize?the?practices?of?inspection,?preventive,?predictive,?an?proactive?maintenance,?collect?and?analyze?equipment?weaknesses,?improve?the?results?of?MTBF、MTTR,?with?low-cost?solutions.
協(xié)助電氣經(jīng)理，協(xié)調(diào)并指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，積極開(kāi)展以可靠性為中心的維護(hù)工作，?致力于落實(shí)并持續(xù)改善設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢、預(yù)防性、預(yù)測(cè)性及主動(dòng)性維護(hù)，收集并分析設(shè)備的薄弱點(diǎn)，尋求經(jīng)濟(jì)可行的方案，持續(xù)不斷地提升設(shè)備的MTBF、MTTR等指標(biāo)；
3、?Organizes?the?team,?to?perform?checking?and?troubleshooting?on?responsible?equipment,?including?power?distribution?devices,?drives?and?motors,?HMI?and?PLC?controllers,?industrial?network,?field?instruments,?UPS，lighting?fixtures,?and?air?conditioners,?etc.
組織團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，做好分管區(qū)域內(nèi)的電氣設(shè)備的檢查維修工作，主要包括供配電設(shè)施，電機(jī)及驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備，人機(jī)界面和PLC控制器，工業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，各類現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表，UPS,?照明裝置及空調(diào)設(shè)施等;
4、Cares?about?historic?and?present?status?of?responsible?equipment,?coordinates?with?planning,?operation,?quality,?mechanical,?and?fluids,?etc.?to?work?together?for?continuous?improvement?in?quality?and?productivity.
關(guān)注設(shè)備的歷史狀況和現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài)，積極協(xié)調(diào)計(jì)劃、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量、機(jī)械及流體等同事，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作以追求產(chǎn)能的不斷提升，以及廢品率的不斷降低；
5、Organizes?the?team,?to?support?installation?and?commissioning?works?for?revamping?or?expansion?projects?when?required.
按要求組織、完成公司改、擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目中電氣設(shè)施的安裝調(diào)試等工作。
6、Mobilizes?and?organizes?the?team,?to?continuously?improve?6S?practices?for?responsible?area,?and?optimize?spares?management?practices?for?responsible?equipment.
動(dòng)員并組織團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，持續(xù)改善負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域的6S管理工作，并持續(xù)優(yōu)化負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的備件管理工作。
7、Promotes?a?learning?and?sharing?culture?in?the?team,?to?continuously?improve?team?competency.
推動(dòng)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)外的學(xué)習(xí)、分享活動(dòng)，不斷提升團(tuán)隊(duì)的各項(xiàng)綜合技能；?
8、Complies?with?managerial?procedures,?completes?reporting?and?archiving?works?as?required,?to?satisfy?the?requirements?from?various?auditors.
遵守各項(xiàng)管理程序，并適時(shí)完善各類文檔記錄，以通過(guò)各類審核。

任職要求：
1、?This?job?requires?complex?knowledge?and?skills,?as?they?are?typically?acquired?through?at?least?university?education?in?electrical?engineering,?and?10?years?of?professional?experience,?which?includes?3?years’?experience?in?site?management?at?least.
此職位需具備綜合的知識(shí)及技能，候選人至少具有電氣工程類的本科學(xué)歷及10年以上的專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并具有3年以上的一線管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2、Being?familiar?with?the?design?and?maintenance?of?drives,?automation,?and?power?distribution?equipment,?being?able?to?understand?equipment?status?via?analyzing?the?historic?and?real?time?data?in?iba?server.
須熟悉驅(qū)動(dòng)設(shè)備、自動(dòng)控制、供配電系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和維護(hù)，能熟練使用iba對(duì)設(shè)備的歷史和實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析，以了解其真實(shí)狀態(tài)。
3、Experienced?in?Reliability?Centered?Maintenance,?Lean?Production?and?6S?practices,?being?able?to?practice?the?tools,?like?FMEA,?RCA,?A3?report,?etc.
熟悉以可靠性為中心的設(shè)備維護(hù)管理理念，有精益生產(chǎn)、6S管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能結(jié)合工作實(shí)際使用FMEA、?RCA、A3報(bào)告等工具。
4、Being?familiar?with?MSOffice?software,?EPlan,?AutoCAD,?etc.?Fluent?English?both?in?written?and?oral.
能熟練使用MS辦公自動(dòng)化軟件，EPlan,?AutoCAD等。能熟練使用書(shū)面及口頭英語(yǔ)。
5、Must?be?open-mind,?self-motivated,?having?a?willingness?of?knowledge?sharing.
Good?communication?skills?and?strong?leadership?are?the?must.
